All-day, family-friendly Surf Fest 2012 moves to Douglasville City Hall with 12 instro-surf bands including Daikaiju, The Monterreys, Rebel Surfers, The Mystery Men?, The Intoxicators, eL fOSSIL and more. The Silver Scream Spook Show presents the immortal CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON IN 3-D at The Plaza Theatre with kiddie matinee at 1 p.m. and adult show at 10 p.m.Big C & The Ringers rock the blues at Fat Matt’s Rib Shack.
